Banananaxx would offer a 7-day after-sales services to every purchase. ♡

You may send us the photo about wrong item or defect of the product within 7 days you received the order. We will process and contact you as soon as possible.

We do apologize for the defective products as all were checked before delivery.

▶︎ Notes for Refund/Returns

A full refund will be provided that the returned item have not been damaged, washed, soiled, altered or worn and any labels or tags should be intact.

- Application of returns/refund for the defective or inconsistent products should be made within 7 days of your purchase.

- If you do decide to make a return or refund, please contact our customers services assistant and send the item back to us by registered mail. Further procedure will be carried out when we receive the returned item.

- Banananaxx will pay for the delivery fee if the return application is made within 7 days of the purchase.

▶︎ What is defective product?

As 90% of the product is handmade, the following situations would not be considered as a defect:

- Colours: The color you see will depend on your computer/mobile phone system, and we cannot guarantee that such color would accurately displayed on your screen.

- Thread ends: As products are handmade or made by machine , the thread ends maybe untrimmed. A simply cut by scissor can fix the loose thread end.

- Uncut button hole: You may simply cut  by a scissor for button holing.

- Smell: New products may contain the smell of dye or raw material, it will be eliminated after the washing.

- Measurement: The measurements given on banananaxx.hk are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the specific product, there shall be a 1-2 cm tolerance.
